110 East Broward is a project that refreshes an existing office tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The architecture is designed to create inspiring new entry plazas on the north and south sides of the building. Glass and steel canopies, new landscaping, and updated lighting provide an entry experience that is contemporary and welcoming. This update incorporates both cutting-edge modernity and green, natural elements to make this building a standout in the community.
I acted as the point of contact for client communications, coordinated with the consultants, facilitated building permitting, and developed the construction documents.
