205 Datura is a repositioning and re-branding of an existing office building. Both the interior and exterior will be renovated, creating a connection between the indoors and outdoors. Currently, the site has an underused, windowless courtyard; the project will connect the office tenants with the outdoors by creating new window openings on the ground floor, creating a double-height lobby space, and turning the courtyard into a common space for relaxation and group activities. The goal is to enhance the office spaces through the transformation of the courtyard into an amenity. 
My roles in this project include serving as the client liaison, coordinating with the consultants, researching cladding systems and materials as well as the building code, and creating construction documents.
